What we collect

When you request a quote or book, you give us your name, contact details (WhatsApp, LINE or email), flight or hotel information, passenger count and any notes you add. This website itself stores nothing: the quote form only composes a message in your own messaging app.

How we use it

• To quote, confirm and deliver your transfer.
• To pass pickup details (name, meeting point, headcount, phone) to the driver assigned to you.
• To send you a receipt and, if you ask, a reminder before the ride.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share only what a driver needs to find you. Payment by card is processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Retention

Booking records are kept for accounting purposes for the period required by Japanese law, then deleted. Ask us at any time to delete your chat history and details.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address under Google's policy.
